1. What does CuratedBrands.com charge for shipping an order?
Domestic Shipping Rates
- Standard Ground (5–10 Business Days): $10.00
- Standard Ground + Prepaid Return Label (5–10 Business Days): $14.95
- Free Standard Ground (5–10 Business Days): Applies to orders $95.00 and up
- Expedited (2–3 Business Days): $30.00
- Express (3–4 Business Days): $20.00
- Next Day Air (Monday–Friday): $60.00
International Shipping Rates
- Canada: $30.00
- All Other Countries: $75.00
Important Notes:
- Curated Brands does not assume responsibility for any international taxes, customs duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, or import-related charges. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Shipping speeds reflect carrier transit times and do not include order handling or payment verification time.
- Orders with inaccurate billing information or with billing and shipping addresses that do not match may experience delays.
- Expedited and Next Day Air services are not available for Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or for international orders.
2. How long will it be before I receive my order?
Standard domestic orders typically arrive within 4–5 business days after the order has shipped.
Please allow additional transit time for shipments to PO Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses.
3. Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?
Yes. Curated Brands ships internationally.
International Shipping Fees
- Canada: $30
- Other Countries: $75
Curated Brands does not take responsibility for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import-related charges imposed by destination countries.
4. Do you ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
Please allow additional time for these shipments to arrive.
Note: Expedited, Express, and Next Day Air services are not available for these address types.
5. Can I expedite my shipping?
Yes. Expedited, Express, and Next Day Air options are available at checkout for eligible domestic addresses.

8. Are the shipping time frames listed on your website guaranteed?
No. Curated Brands strives to ship most orders placed before 1:00 PM PST on the same business day.
However, delivery timeframes provided by shipping carriers are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
Delays due to weather, carrier routing issues, customs, holidays, or operational disruptions do not qualify for shipping refunds.
Additional Shipping Policies
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, Curated Brands is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the security of their delivery location.
If a package is lost in transit (i.e., not marked “Delivered”), the customer must file a claim directly with the carrier. Curated Brands will assist as needed, but resolution is dependent on the carrier’s investigation and policies.
Signature Requirements
Curated Brands reserves the right to require signature confirmation for high-value shipments at its discretion.
Address Changes
Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee the ability to modify or update the shipping address.
Changes requested after processing begins may not be possible.
Carrier & Weather Delays
Carrier delays due to:
- Weather
- Holidays
- Customs inspections
- Strikes
- Mechanical issues
- Force majeure events
